Statement Retrieval
Overview
Investor statements are automatically posted to the GoBook secure site for funds on the GlobeOp platform after the financials for the period have been verified. The GoBook secure site provides historic statements details from inception and all statements are available in the PDF format. If you do not already have the appropriate software installed to view PDF documents, please download the Adobe Reader software at the link below.

Statement List Screen
Statements can be viewed and downloaded from the GoBook secure site using the 'Statements' tab. This page displays a Search field and a Statement List field. The 'Statement List' displays all statements that meet the filter criteria. Statements are ordered by Valuation Date, Manager, Fund, Class, Series and Investor details. To filter the documents, enter the associated values in the 'Search' field; required values are marked with a red asterisk (*). Then, click the 'Search' button.
Downloading Statement Documents
Clicking on the small PDF icon next to a statement in the Statement List will access your PDF statement document.
